MUSIC POLICIES

REGISTRATION & PAYMENT:

• Parents may register their children for enrollment via https://www.iarimusic.com/classselection. 

• Select your preferred class-day, complete all required fields, and agree to the Terms and Conditions.

• Once the above requirements are met, Parents are directed to their Check-Out-Cart to pay for their child’s enrollment into their selected session. 

• Payment is due in full at the time of Registration.

IMPORTANT REGISTRATION POLICIES:

• Fees are Non-Refundable, Non-Transferable, and will not be Prorated for any circumstance.

• A 30-day written notice is required for any withdrawals or changes. All notices must be emailed to Ms. Evon Melchor at evon@iarimusic.com . 

• NO verbal notices will be accepted.

• NO make-ups for any missed classes.

USE OF IMAGE / AUDIO CONSENT:

• IMVA may take photographs, video, and/or audio recordings of your child. The resulting media may be used for display, instruction manuals, newsletters, books, marketing, website and internet and social media promotion, in both print and electronic formats, and any other promotion purposes for IMVA.

• The child’s name, image, likeness, and voice may be used without further consent or payment to the child and or parent.
