IMVS - Membership Subscription Policy
The Guidelines presented below are in-addition-to the Standard Studio Policy that governs all Private Voice Lessons (PVLs) and all music-related lessons and scheduled with the IMVS. When there is overlap or contradiction between policy, the Membership Policy supersedes the Studio Policy. Further, Any policy not covered herein defaults to the standard Studio Policy guidelines found at iarimusic.com/studio-policy
REQUIREMENTS:
IMVS Client must add and keep a valid and current Debit or Credit Card to their Acuity profile.
MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTIONS - FEES AND PRICING:
Subscription fees are due monthly, and are automatically billed to the Client’s credit card held on file, on the 25th of each moth, and those monies are applied toward the lessons scheduled for the upcoming month (For ex. monthly tuition collected on September 25th applies for all lessons scheduled in October). Membership fees are non-refundable, non-proratable, and non-transferable, and unused lessons do NOT roll over at the end of the month, nor are they credited towards future purchases at the IMVS.
The Pro // $480 for 4 monthly PVLs + client preferred recurring lesson time-slot.
The Performer //$375 for 3 monthly PVLs + client preferred recurring lesson time-slot.
The Enthusiast //$275 for 2 monthly PVLs + client preferred recurring lesson time-slot.
RECURRING LESSON TIME-SLOTS:
Upon enrollment, the Client selects a preferred day and time for their recurring lesson, and those dates are automatically scheduled on the Client's behalf for the duration they remain enrolled.
The IMVS does not guarantee availability that perfectly matches the Client’s.
CANCELING / RESCHEDULING LESSONS:
The Client is responsible for canceling and rescheduling their own Lessons.
When the Client wishes to cancel their Lesson, they do so online by using the link provided by Acuity.
All cancellations must be initiated at least 24 hours in advance of the Client’s scheduled session’s start-time (for ex. no later than by 3PM PST on Monday, if their appointment is scheduled for 3PM PST the following day).
Clients will not be able to cancel or reschedule their Lesson in Acuity less than 24 hours prior to their scheduled start time.
Any notices given to cancel with less than 24 hours notice will be counted as NO-SHOWS, and that session, including the number of minutes scheduled, is still counted as “fulfilled”, and may not be rescheduled again.
All rescheduled Lessons must occur within the same month for which the original session was initially scheduled.
The IMVS does not guarantee that a time-slot will be available during the regular teaching hours, and the IMVS is under no obligation to extend its hours in order to accommodate a rescheduled lesson.
(The IMVS reserves the right to same-day cancel any scheduled Lesson for any reason. In that event, the canceled Lesson will be rescheduled to a different day and time within 28 days of the cancellation, even if that rescheduled date would “roll-over” into the following month.)
CHANGING SUBSCRIPTION LEVELS:
The Client must give at least a 15-day written notice of their intent to change the level of their subscription by filling out the Change Tier Request Form found at iarimusic.com/member
DISCONTINUING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION:
Any Client wishing to discontinue their monthly subscription must submit written notification to the IMVS by filling out the Discontinuation Form found at iarimusic.com/member.
ONLY COMPLETED FORMS TO DISCONTINUE ANY ACTIVE MEMBERSHIPS WILL BE HONORED.
Recurring payments will cease 30 days from the date the written notification is submitted to the IMVS.
The Client is fiscally responsible for any membership fees that occur within those 30 days.
Clients may opt to "Expedite" the discontinuation of their membership by paying a one-time exit fee of $150.
FINE PRINT:
The Client gives the IMVS permission to automatically charge their debit or credit card for the purchase of voice lessons and the membership subscriptions offered, and I understand that this automatic charge is recurring quarterly until written notification with at least a 30 day advanced notice is submitted. The Client understands that the Membership Subscription may be subject to change during the course of their enrollment, and The Client understands that The IMVS will give advanced written notification to any changes. Further, The Client understands that The IMVS reserves the right to terminate any contract for any reason it deems legitimate without giving a 30 day notice. The Client understands and acknowledges that all sales are final, non-refundable, non-transferrable, and will not be prorated for any circumstance.

Fill out this Change Tiers Request Form by the 15th of the month to be reflected in your next billing cycle.

Please fill out this discontinuation form 30-days prior to your last lesson, and at least 30 days prior to the next scheduled quarterly billing cycle. Submitting this form fulfills the written notice statement found in the studio policy.
